The study of all the theoretical provisions of the Indian Constitution alone is not sufficient, unless the practical applications of the provisions as applied by Supreme Court and High Courts in their judgments are understood clearly.
The practical applications of the provisions of the Indian constitution can be better understood by answering the problems which may arise while implementing the provisions. Hence, all Law Universities have now made answering of problems in Constitutional law as compulsory and separate marks are assigned for answering problems. It is with a view to satisfy the needs and requirements of law students as how to answer the problems, UJLS authors have answered 130 problems in Constitutional law. While answering the problems, utmost care has been taken to ensure that in presenting the answers, simple and coherent language has been used so that students can easily understand and grasp the answers.
